What Escale is
Escale turns your trip photos into a photo book, lets you edit it, and lets you order a printed copy.
Your account and your content
You keep all rights to your photos and texts. You give Escale only the permission needed to store them, process them to build and show your book, and print the books you order.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's private trips without permission.
Orders
A printed book is made to order from your own content. In the EU, goods made to your specification are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. The price, tax and delivery estimate are shown before you pay.
Printing is done by partner printers. If a book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, contact us and we will reprint or refund it.
Fair use and limits
Free features have daily limits, mainly for AI features. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. The final terms, including the seller identity, will be published before paid orders open.
